Suction Assisted Lipectomy is more commonly referred to by the name most of us understand - liposuction. The liposuction procedure, is performed in The Fountain of Youth's own AAAASF (American Association for Accreditation of Ambulatory Surgery Facilities, Inc.) certified and state licensed surgical suite, utilizes the body's ability to allow the suction of fat cells from beneath the layers of your skin. A simple instrument is inserted into an area of unwanted fat and the cells are simply vacuumed away. When combined with an appropriate regimen of diet and exercise, liposuction surgery can result in a permanent loss of bulging and the "love handles" that are so often associated with aging. Considering Liposuction Surgery

The best candidates for a liposuction procedure are of people of relatively normal weight with pockets of excess fat in particular areas, including: chin, neck, upper arms, abdomen, buttocks, hips, knees, calves, and ankles. You must be physically healthy, psychologically stable, and realistic in your objectives and expectations. It is also important to have firm elastic skin which will result in a better final contour. Hanging skin will not reshape as well and may require surgical removal of the excess skin.
