Wednesday 12:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Appointments for routine follow-ups are available on the following schedule:
Monday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Wednesday 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Telephone Calls All patients are encouraged to call with any questions they have. The office staff has been trained to answer many of your questions and will relay your information to the doctor. Your call will be returned at the earliest opportunity.
Appointments Dr. Harrell tries to see all patients on an appointment basis. Please call so we can reserve a time for you. The office telephone number is 1-866-781-3694. On occasion emergencies may arise and whenever possible, you will be fully informed if there will be any delays because of this.
Cancellations If you must cancel your appointment, please call the office in advance. This will allow us to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time for you. This also makes available a slot for other patients waiting for appointments.
Prescriptions & Renewals All prescriptions and authorizations for renewals should be requested during normal office hours.
Insurance Cosmetic surgery is not covered by insurance. However, we have multiple customized financing options
Emergency Care We recognize that you may have an emergency situation arise and Dr. Harrell will do his best to respond to your problem promptly. In the event of an emergency, please telephone (727) 781-0818 or 1-866-781-3694. Inform our staff members receiving your call that you have an emergency. You may be asked to see the emergency doctor on duty in the emergency room or come in to our office.
