VITAMINS
Vitamedica vitamin products will only be authorized for a refund by completing the following steps.
1. You contact the Fountain of Youth (727) 781-0818 within 14 days of the original purchase date to receive a return authorization.
2. The products are UNOPENED and in their original packaging.
A full refund of the original purchase price less the original shipping costs of all unopened products returned in their original packaging will be granted. Products must be shipped back to The Fountain of Youth at the customer’s expense. Any products returned after 14 days are subject to a 25% restocking fee. There will not be any refunds authorized after 30 days of the original purchase date.
An order may be canceled only by phone (727) 781-0818 and no later than three days after it was placed.
PRODUCTS OTHER THAN VITAMINS
If you would like to return a product other than Vitamedica vitamins, you must phone (727) 781-0818 within 30 days of the original shipment date to receive authorization and return instructions; after 30 days have passed, no refunds will be authorized. All unopened products may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price. Products must be sealed, unopened, and also in the original packaging. Products must be shipped back to The Fountain of Youth Institute at the customer's expense. All merchandise must be insured properly by the customer. Refunds will be issued promptly, upon receipt of the returned products, using the same credit card on which they were charged. Both our shipping charges to you, and your return shipping charges, are not refundable. If returned items are not insured properly and get damaged in transit, or get lost, we do not grant a refund. No product returns can be accepted more than 30 days of the original shipping date. All approved returns must be shipped to:

DAMAGES
If you receive merchandise that was damaged during shipping, you must phone (727) 781-0818 within 24 hours after you receive it. Do not discard any portion of the shipment, since the shipping company or The Fountain of Youth Institute’s representatives may need the damaged product or packaging material in order to secure a refund or authorize a replacement shipment. We will issue you full credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise. The Fountain of Youth Institute is in no way responsible for damages that occur after your order has been delivered and signed for.
