Cellulite Treatments

Cellulite is skin that appears dimpled that some people have on their hips, thighs and buttocks. The lumpiness of cellulite is caused by fat deposits that push and distort the connective tissues beneath the skin. Cellulite can occur for many reasons but the most common are heredity, skin thickness, gender, the amount and distribution of body fat. Age can also influence the extent to which cellulite is present or visible.

At the Fountain of Youth Institute®, we offer two great treatments to aid in the reduction and elimination of cellulite and they are Endermologie and Triactive, both FDA approved and proven effective.

Endermologie is a slimming technique that helps minimize localized fat and imperfections of the body. The rolling stimulation triggers deep biological responses that promote fat release and as a result produces more Collagen and Elastin. This treatment which is scheduled as a series is relaxing and allows you to relax your mind and body and focus on your well being.

Triactive provides a unique combination of laser and massage to enhance microcirculation, smooth and tighten cellulite, and stimulate the change in appearance of fatty tissue. The full body can be treated; however, many patients prefer to focus on the hips, buttocks, thighs, arms and abdomen. Tri-Active can be used after Liposuction surgery to improve the cosmetic outcome. The Tri-Active treatment feels like a cool and deep massage. Patients describe the cellulite treatment as painless. Expect a series of 14 sessions, each session taking 45 minutes to one hour. Tri-Active Cellulite Treatment will help you achieve something no lifestyle change can.
